I applied for admission for my child in class 1 as normal process I filled the prospectus and was later called for her assessment test. Few days later, I was called by school mgmt for admission formalities. Upon reaching reception, I was given pen and paper and briefed about fee structure in addition they demanded Rs. 1 lakh in cash as one time charges for which they said no receipt will be provided citing fund is used for school development and mentioned they have limited seats and many parernts are interested to admit their ward. Despite making request they didn't agreed to waive off this capitation charges finally i got her admitted to a different school. As a parent, I want to highlight the school malpractices and want parents to come up who was denanded the same making education business
