- Proof of Residence – a) Ration Card issued in the name of parents including Child’s name b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents. c) Voter Identity Card of either parents. d) Recent Electricity bill/MTNL Bill /Water Bill /Passport in the name of child or parents. e) Aadhaar Card/UID card in name of child or parents. (No documents other than the above mentioned will be considered as a proof of residence)
