Delhi Nursery (PreSchool) Admission Process for admission to Open Seats in Bal Bharati Public School, Ganga Ram Hospital Marg and other private schools will start from 1st December 2022. School will upload the admission procedure and admission criteria along with points for each criterion for admission in Open seats (non-EWS/DG/CWSN category seats), on its official website/notice board and edudel website by November 28, 2022.
The government has set an upper age limit of less than four years to be eligible for nursery, less than five years for kindergarten, and less than six years for admission to Class 1.
The Directorate of Education has fixed a minimum age and upper age limit as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought for admission in the nursery, kindergarten, and Class 1.

- Queries of parents, if any, will be resolved between 27th January 2020 to 3rd February 2020.
- Second list of candidates (if any) will be displayed on 12st February 2020.
- The admission criteria is to be put up on the website and sent to the DOE before the process commences.
- Admission process to be over in all respects by 16th March 2020.
EWS and Disadvantaged Group Admissions
25% of the seats i.e. 92 seats are reserved for economically weaker section. For admission to EWS and Disadvantaged Categories rules framed by DOE will be followed.

Document to be attached with Application to be filled in by the selected candidates after the verification of original documents.
- Photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate of the child (MCD only).
- Photocopy of proof of residence eg. ration card having the name of the child, electricity bill, passport, Aadhar Card, voter , house tax receipt ,MTNL Telephone Bill, Domicile certificate of the child or his/her/Parents.(any two in the name of child's parent),Parents aspiring for admission are advised to obtain Adhar Card number of the child as the same will be required at the time of admission if selected.
- Recent passport size oured photograph of the child to be affixed on the form.
- Proof of Old Student of BBPS i.e. photocopy of XII/X SLC with minimum of 5 years of stay in school (parents) if applicable.
- Alumni Registration of the parent.
- Proof of sibling (real brother / sister only) studying in the school i.e. photocopy of the latest fee slip and Report Card of the elder child studying in BBPS,GRH Marg/ Pusa Road Campus.

The school has a modern aesthetically designed, centrally air-conditioned auditorium. It is equipped with the latest sound and lighting systems and can accommodate upto 350 persons
Solar panels are fitted at roofs of senior building at GR Campus. Tubelights have been replaced by Energy saving LED.

Safety & Security Measures at the School
There is a full time doctor and a nurse available during school hours, in the Medical Room. In the case of an emergency or where an ailment requires a specialist's attention, the student is immediately transferred to the Ganga Ram Hospital with which the school shares an abiding contract.
The supervision of the campus is aided by the closed-circuit TVs and Public Address system. Entry of visitors is restricted and monitored.
Firefighting readiness is also in place.
All school buses have been fitted with CCTV Cameras, GPS tracking system and speed governors. Parents of Bus Users have been provided with an App. By logging in they can monitor the position of Bus enroute and can estimate the time of arrival at their bus stop. Teachers are put on bus duty on all routes regularly.
