The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India vide WP 267 of 2017 has directed the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare to hold Online Counseling for Deemed Universities undergraduate MBBS and BDS seats. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has constituted a Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) to conduct this counseling.

Eligibility Criteria for NEET UG All India Quota Deemed Universities Counseling – Deemed Universities Seats UG Courses MBBS and BDS
All candidates who have qualified and received a Rank in the NEET UG conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). students from states of A.P, Telengana and J&K are also eligible candidates for the Deemed Universities seats counseling.

UG Medical & Dental Courses Deemed Universities UG 2019 Counseling and Admission Process
Please note that Registration facility will be available before start of Round -1 and beginning of Round-2 on date as notified in counseling Schedule. Candidates cannot register after closing date of Registration.
- Registration, Submission of Choices, view indicative seat allotment, modify & lock on Online Medical Counseling page on https:://mcc.nic.in
- Based on the application submit MCC will publish First round of seat allotment
- Selected candidates have to Report to the Allotted Institute, complete Admission formalities.
- Candidates have to declare if they want to participate in further rounds of counseling
- Display of newly added/vacant seats & also of anticipated vacancies for Round 2 for students who have not been allotted any seat in 1st round of allotment and students have shown willingness to participate in further rounds during round 1
- Earlier Choices submitted by the candidate will not be valid. Candidates have to submit Fresh Choices for seat allotment in 2nd round.
- Based on the application and choices submit MCC will publish 2nd round of seat allotment
- Selected candidates have to Report to the Allotted Institute, complete Admission formalities.
- Candidates have to submit the Fresh choices for Mop up round. MCC will Process the Result on basis of choices and publish the Mop Round Result
- Selected students have to Report at allotted deemed university .
Documents required at the time of Joining/ Reporting in allotted Medical / Dental College
Candidates have to show Original documents and submit attested photocopies of documents for admission to under-graduate (UG) medical courses (MBBS & BDS) for admission to 15% of total seats on all-India basis required at the time of joining in allotted Medical / Dental College.
