Age Criteria for Admission
Age as on 30th June of the year in which he/she seeks admission. No relaxation of age is permitted.
- KG 1: 3 yrs is the minimum age required
- KG 2: 4 yrs is the minimum age required
Documents Required for Admission
- A Photostat copy of the original birth certificate from the Municipal Corporation is required to be submitted with registration form.
- School leaving certificate form class I onwards is to be attached with its registration form for admission.
- Migration Certificate must be attached by those students who have passed their previous exam from the board other than CBSE.
Admission Process
- Complete the Registration
- After the registration the candidate has to appear for “entrance test” in which Psychomotor Audio-Memory and Visual Memory senses of the child are tested.
- Parents are also interviewed at the time of entrance test of the children. Senior class candidates have to appear in the written test of all the subject along with interview.
- Selection is made strictly on the merit basis and the selected candidates are informed by post.
- After the selection the parents are informed to deposit the required school admission charges in cash by a stipulated date to formalize admission.
- If the charges are not paid in time the seat is offered to the student next on the waiting list.
- The result of the admission test will be put up on the School Notice Board.
Criteria for admission to XI
- A minimum of 50% aggregate in X Board Examination is required for admission in XI
- If the student is opting for commerce with Computer/Maths, he/she should get at least 60% marks in maths in X Board Examination.
- If the student is opting for Science a minimum of 50% aggregate in the said exam with 55% marks in maths (if Maths or Computer is ed) is required.
- A Student must score at least 50% marks in the entrance examination.
