Amazing teachers but the principal, Chumki Nath is THE WORST PERSON TO EVER WALK THE EARTH
The core subject teachers are really good and supportive. I truly appreciate their efforts in making the school a healthier environment. They've managed online classes really well but there is no sense of organisation at all in offline classes. There's no weekly timetable (day to day timetables are sent in the class whatsapp group one night before). All the practical and project work is dumped on the students at the last moment. They're overworking everyone. They give holidays on paper but eat up 90% of them in the name of mandatory extra classes (sometimes even on Sundays). They're overly 'disciplined' if that's what you want to call it. The principal has publicly shown support for physical punishment numerous times. The sole focus of this school is academics and all they want is marks. The principal, in particular, has a huge superiority complex and her one goal in life is to humiliate, insult and verbally assault students and pile them up with unrealistic expectations. The infrastructure is disappointing, they ask students to sit on separate benches (no partners) in the name of covid protocols when the truth is that the classrooms aren't big enough to fit everyone and they end up taking classes in two batches, which is really hectic and unsettling. They announced preboards really late and students were not prepared, neither mentally nor academically. On top of that, there's been the stress of practicals and investigatory projects (which a vast majority of schools have finished by January). Naturally, students have scored low (lower than what they could've got, students are at fault too) but the principal holds the students and their parents as the only people accountable for this. They're threatening to not let students appear for the board examination if they don't get enough marks in the second preboard. But they've hardly left any time to study by piling up all the practical work and investigatory projects between the first and second preboards. They even wish to take more classes after preboards (barely giving any preparatory holidays). School timings (during days of practical examination) aren't clear, nor intimated properly. Not only this, the principal loves scolding everyone, it's like she wakes up everyday, and starts her day with her goal in mind, 'Today I will torment and mentally scar this subset of students. Its going to be a great day!' The principal (Chumki Nath) appears really nice and supportive but she's just another entitled Karen with a really bad superiority complex. Don't let her facade trick you into trusting anything she says. I personally know a student (initials: NS). He's the class topper, studies almost the entire day, sleeps for less than 4 hours a day, brings coffee to school in a thermos so he doesn't fall asleep and is the most hardworking person I know. He's overworked himself in order to get good grades but the principal is still not satisfied by his grades. If a person like him can't make her happy, I doubt anyone in school can. The principal has also publicly humiliated and body shamed students. Very recently, a girl with the initials TA, was told by Mrs Chumki Nath that she had the ugliest smile ever and she shouldn't smile in public. I'd like to add that the principal is so ugly that next to her, even August Pullman would look like a model. Another one of the toppers, initials VR, was taunted publicly a while back, although he took it well. I'm honestly fed up with the school and if anyone ever came to me asking if they should apply to this school, I'd like them to know if they're interested in self study and maintaining their sanity and wouldn't like every aspect of their life controlled, they should steer clear of this school. I plead to the school management to replace the principal as soon as possible and to hire one that understands that there's such a thing as overworking, stress and burnout. Students need to be given at least the minimum number of holidays allowed and their tasks need to be assigned in time. The students need to be given a little time for de-stressing themselves. Being a high schooler isn't easy at all and this school surely hasn't made it easier. They usually follow rules to the line but when it comes to their convenience, breaks them without hesitation. The current principal is the perfect example of abuse of power. I'd like to add that this school has really good faculty for the core subjects. The teachers are amazing and knowledgeable. They know what they're doing and at the same time, are really understanding and helpful. A majority of students feel okay coming to the teachers with any problem. The school councillor is also really great. Mostly, it's just the principal that's the problem. The students desperately need a principal who understands what they're going through, especially the after effects of the pandemic.

Hi, This Review is for Air Force, ASTE, MP Camp. How can Educators be defenders ? With all due respect to teachers, school and the Management who has taken lots of efforts and build the rapport between the school and the parents. I was a happy parent from past 10 years with the school. Off late I Really upset with the principal, she don't know how to speak politely and respond to calls. As its mentioned as Airforce school I thought that there will be lots of disciple and Humanity. Education comes secondary. But for most of the parents surprise the Head of the Institution (Principle) will be an example for others, is setting a bad example. and the same is reflecting in the students behavior. For the Management: Academics : Its not a great school these days (Except the Brand) and only for Air Force Staff. 1. Staff keeps changing every year and there is not proper Maths teacher for High School. Hindi teachers does not know English. If a parent speak in English, she will respond in Hindi. 2. Always civilians children are targeted. 3. For cultural activities only selected students are given preference. The same students are given chance every time. 4. Principle talks only about giving TC for the weaker students instead of giving extra classes (No motivation for weak students). 5. Last but not the least - the office staff (Accounts and sub staff) - No disciple. Same like principal. they shout of parents like chasing the cattle. To maintain the goodwill of school. Request the Higher up to look into this matter seriously. Hope there is some improvement when my kids get back to school. and my kids are not targeted. Really upset parent.

Really upset, don't know how to speak politely and respond to calls. When I was searching for boarding schools, I came across this particular school, as it mentioned as Airforce school thought that the staff and the management would be well disciplined and the same would be reflected in the students. I am completely wrong. . It's good that I could know the true picture before visiting the school. She responded so rudely that now I have a bad impression on your school. To maintain the goodwill of school, requesting to appoint a polite receptionist.

Worst school...Principal doesn't have manners to talk with kids and parents, she behaves as if she is the boss of the school....Classes are running in sheds on roof top and classes are overcrowded.....No good result...Teachers are normally from wives of AF staff....They don't have much experience....Worst infrastructure....They are lagging behind 10 years as compared any other civil schools
