The minimum permissible age for admission to Kindergarten is 3 years as on 31st March. There are no formal entrance tests for Kindergarten. However, an interview with parents and students may be required.

Admission Process

1. Collect enquiry form from the Reception. Fill in and submit this form immediately. School Prospectus can be downloaded from the school website.
2. Submit your admission documents, duly-filled in, to the Registrar.
3. After the Registrar has verified your documents, proceed to the Accounts office and pay an Assessment Fee of QR 109.
4. Assessment Test /Interview: the child has to attend a written test and/or an interview either immediately or at a fixed time and date. Check with the Registrar regarding the date of the test.
5. As soon as the test/interview results are declared the Registrar will confirm the grade to which your child will be admitted.

Documents Required

1. Five recent passport size photographs of the student
2. 1 copy of child’s passport with valid residence permit (This is a mandatory requirement from the State of Qatar Law).
3. 1 copy of both parents’ passports, residence permits and Qatar Identity Cards (Submit copy of both front and back of the ID)
4. RP and Latest Passport of Student
5. A copy of Immunization Record (Entry for KG up to Grade 6 only)
6. A copy of the child’s health card
7. A copy of the child’s Blood Group Certificate
8. New Declaration form signed by the parent
9. QI copy of Parents-Father and Mother
10. Passport copy of Parents-Father and Mother
11. Copy of Health card from KG1 and Above
