Parents are most concerned about their children diet. Its not because they dont like to eat homemade food but it is because they find street food more tastier than homemade food. Street food, chaats, fast food chains, everything looks delicious and tempting. And what if they get fast food which they crave for at home only and in much healthier way!

Here is a list of some fast food substitute -

1. Baked Veggie Fries instead of French Fries - Forgo french fries and favor roasted veggie fries. Veggie fries can have the same crispy-yet-soft texture as traditional french fries, but they are so much healthier.

2. Homemade Smoothies instead of Milkshakes - When it’s hot outside and you are craving a thick cold dessert, turn to the healthy choice of sweet fruits. But, if you’re craving a healthy smoothie that tastes more like a traditional milkshake, Peanut Butter Oat Smoothies is packed with protein and nutrients while maintaining a rich and creamy sweetness.

3. Chocolate-Dipped Nuts instead of Candy - Instead of eating candy, munch on chocolate-dipped nuts or fruits. The main draw of candy is the texture and combo of flavors. By dipping nuts or fruit in homemade chocolate, you can get the flavors and consistencies you really enjoy while cutting out all of the unnatural ingredients pumped into all commercial candies.

4. Baked Chicken instead of Fried Chicken - Instead of fried chicken kids can be served with backed chicken. In this way not only taste but also all the goodness of the food can be intake. It is a healthier way to enjoy the flavors you know and love.

5. Fruity juice instead of Soda - Whether you drink regular or diet sodas, they both have chemicals and dyes that are not good for the body. To get the refreshing satisfaction of a fizzy beverage, lightly crush and mix fresh fruit into sparkling water or squeeze in fruit juice for a naturally sweet drink.

7. Bunless Burgers instead of Traditional Burgers - Choose to make your burgers leaner and greener. For a heart-healthy burger, you can easily use a lean meat (turkey, chicken, salmon) or a veggie patty and do away with any cheese. Brown breads or wholewheat buns can also be brought in use.
