That totally depends on a lot of factor like season weather climate topogrphy etc.
If you live in a place where the temprature is high you should avoid much clothing for your kidds to avoid irritation to keep them at ease. But if you live somewhere where the temperature is low, you must cover your kid with enough clothes to beat the cold and protect them from cold related diseases.
