1.Ginger is mainly used for medicinal purposes.
2.It also reduces menstrual cramps.
3.Reduces cold and flu. Must be used daily specially in winters.
4.REduces cholestrol and lower the risk of having any sort of blood clot.
5.Ginger is said to cure muscle pain and all you need to do is to consume 2 grams of ginger may it be in the form of powder or paste, you will witness the difference within 11 days.
