1. Take full fat milk. It is important to choose milk correctly otherwise you'll get watery dahi.
2. Boil the milk for 7-8 minutes on a high flame and then allow it to cool.
3. Once it get cool down, take a bowl in which you want to set curd
4. Add full fat boiled milk and little bit of curd and set it properly.
5. Mix it well and cover it and let it rest for 7-8 hours in warm place
6. After 8 hours, your curd is ready.
It is very easy to make curd at home and you can make so many dishes with it like- kadhi, Dahi kachori, vegetable rayta, Dahi vada.
