1. First and most important tip is DON'T DIET: Yes, my friend never ever think of doing dieting just after your beby is delivered because that is the time when you need more nutritious diet to heal and recover and you have to feed your baby too.
A low calorie diet is likely to be lacking in important nutrients and will probably leave you feeling tired.
2. Breastfeed if you can: Breastfeeding your baby for the first 6 months of life has many benefits for both of you and your baby.
- Breast milk contains all the nutrients a baby needs to grow. It supports the baby immune system too.
- Breastfeeding reduces the mother's risk of diseases as well. People who breastfeed have lower risk of high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, breast cancer, and ovarian cancer. It salso supports your weight loss.

3. Eat hight fibre foods: By doing this you will feel fuller for longer duration of time which automatically reduces your craving for more food and hence intake of calories.
4. Always keep some healthy snacks handy: It includes:
-dry fruits
-some seeds
- Greek yogurt
- Spiced nuts
-Fruits and vegetables
- Popcorn

5. Cut down extra sugar: You can easily avoid intake of processed food, fruit juices, candies, cakes, biscuits, pastries and specially coffee.
