The body and digestive system of a two-year-old baby are sensitive as compare to younger kids. As a result, they catch diarrhoea, loose motions and other digestive complications after consuming anything unhygienic or unhealthy for their digestion. If you face any such issue with the baby, then try to follow the below points to recover from it.

  • Eat more foods containing starch. Starchy foods are easily digested, during loose motions. Examples are cereal, bread, crackers, rice, mashed potatoes, and pasta.
  • Drink extra water and avoid all fruit juices and carbonated drinks.
  • Milk and milk products are fine.
  • Avoid beans or any other foods that cause loose stools.
