• Department of Medical Education and Research, Government of Madhya Pradesh or the body nominated by the department will release the official notification for seeking applications along with the detailed procedure and schedule
• Candidate who want to apply for Medical courses in Madhya Pradesh colleges have to apply online on the website of admission committee for the consideration of his candidature. Candidates have to submit the application or admission form within the time line released by the committee.
• The department/Committee will prepare the result/merit list based on the NEET Score and other criterias. The merit list will be available on the website.
• After declaration of merit list, selected candidates will be called for document verification and counselling/admission.
• The department/Committee conducts two 2 rounds of counseling/ Seat Allocation and 1 MOP up admission

Medical Post Graduate Courses and PG Diploma Courses – Admission Procedure

As per Section (10) of Indian Medical Council Act 1956, Admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma Courses in Medical Colleges approved by MCI in India is through NEET PG. National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test PG (NEET-PG) is the single eligibility cum entrance examination for admission to Postgraduate Medical Courses and PG Diploma Courses (MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses) in India.

Please note state government, private dental college and universities including the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh will NOT be conducting any separate entrance exam for admission to their MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses for the academic session 2023 - 2024.

As per the Indian Medical Council Act 2016, Admission to various DM/MCh Courses in Medical Colleges and Institutions approved by MCI in India is through NEET SS. National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test SS (NEET-SS) is the single eligibility cum entrance examination for admission to Postgraduate (PG) Super Specialty Medical Courses (DM/M.Ch. Courses) in varioud Universities/Institutions in the India.

Admission to all DM/MCh Courses in India including all Private Medical Colleges/ Institutions/ Universities/Deemed Universities and all DM/MCh courses at Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions will be through NEET SS. Admission to PG Super Speciality courses of AIIMS, PGIMER, NIMHANS and JIPMER is not through NEET SS exam. Know more about NEET SS exam.
