The admission to Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital, Perambalur MBBS course will be through NEET UG exam. • Department of Medical Education and Research, Government of Tamil Nadu or the body nominated by the department will release the official notification for seeking applications along with the detailed procedure and schedule
• Candidate who want to apply for Medical courses in Tamil Nadu colleges have to apply online on the website of admission committee for the consideration of his candidature. Candidates have to submit the application or admission form within the time line released by the committee.
• The department/Committee will prepare the result/merit list based on the NEET Score and other criterias. The merit list will be available on the website.
• After declaration of merit list, selected candidates will be called for document verification and counselling/admission.
• The department/Committee conducts two 2 rounds of counseling/ Seat Allocation and 1 MOP up admission

As per Section (10) of Indian Medical Council Act 1956, Admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma Courses in Medical Colleges approved by MCI in India is through NEET PG. National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test PG (NEET-PG) is the single eligibility cum entrance examination for admission to Postgraduate Medical Courses and PG Diploma Courses (MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses) in India.
