The College campus is 3 Km from the Bijapur city, college runs its own buses to and from from he city.
College has 4 lectures theatres each of capacity 180 and 1 lecture theatre in hospital with capacity of 200. College Auditorium has seating capacity of more than 1000 students. College also has Open Air Theatre of 2500 capacity.
The college has an Indoor sports complex and outdoor sports complex with volleyball and Badminton court, Football ground and swimming pool.
Hostel: Each student is given a cot, wardrobe, desk and chair. College has facility to accommodate 600 students, 150 Interns and 85 Residents within the campus. College has separate hostels for all these 3.

The admission to Al-Ameen Medical College, Bijapur MBBS course will be through NEET UG exam. Admission to MBBS Courses in India in Medical Colleges approved by MCI is through NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG) [NEET (UG)] except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament e.g. AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry. National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test PG (NEET-PG) is the single eligibility cum entrance examination for admission to Postgraduate Medical Courses and PG Diploma Courses (MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses) in India.

Please note state government, private dental college and universities including the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh will NOT be conducting any separate entrance exam for admission to their MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses for the academic session 2024 - 2025.
