Practical exams for the CBSE 10th and 12th classes will commence on January 1 of 2024 at various testing center.
After holding the 10th and 12th exams on a reduced syllabus for last two years, CBSE will go back to 100 per cent syllabus. The board has this year, however, rationalized its syllabus.

As announced on 12th December 2023, CBSE board exam for Class 10th will start from 15th February 2024.
The CBSE will announce the Class 10th results anytime after 20th of May.

CBSE Board Exams: Previous year pass percentages
A student has to pass in all five subjects with a minimum of 33 per cent marks. They also need to get 33 per cent overall to pass the 10th, 12th board exams.
