In this pandemic it is very important to be healthy and enhance our immune system. Specialy to the adult people of age 35 and above. Even kids should also work on immunity. Rghtly said health is wealth and we all have to ytake care of our health in this time.
Firstly to have a strong immune system, foolowing ponts should be taken care
1. Eat Healthy
2. Sleep well
3. Don't take stress and
4. Excercise
Taking about excercise there are excerise which can be done in home to make the immunity strong. One of them is Yoga. start with basic yoga and it will make a difference in our life later on. It will bring mental peace, coordinate the body and mind. In this situation it will help to to be active.
Other excerises which can be done are skipping , stretching, situps , jogging etc.
Every member of the family should motivated each other to do some or the other exercises as it will help to built immunity and also all will de engaged in some activities which will reduce the stress due to the pandemic.
