Tips to lose weight-

1. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes

2. Drink 12-15 glasses of water per day

3. Cut sugar from your diet completely

4. Plan 5-6 meals in a day

5. Cut carbs from your diet

6. Stop eating junk and oily food

7. Start eating more of veggies and salads

8. In exercise try to do any of these things like jogging, cycling, yoga, running, brisk walking, cardio

9. Make your breakfast healthy like eat oats, muesli, omlette, boiled eggs, sandwiches, fruits

10. Add more fruits in your diet

11. Always add alteast 1 tablespoon of desi ghee in your diet
