Anxiety is a medical health condition involving feelings of fear, worry, nervousness or unease that become so strong with the lapse of time that they start disrupting normal life activities. It can be vulnerable to any age group. Causes of anxiety include stress from work, financial stress, the stress in a personal relationship, the use of drugs like ecstasy, cocaine, etc.

Anxiety can be treated through therapy or drugs (medicines). If therapy does not work, then medication is recommended. In some cases, therapy and medication don't work when given at different times. In that case, a study suggests that using both ways of treatment at once prove to be effective. People who didn't respond well to one treatment were the ones who had the most severe symptoms.
